# How to Manage an Account

The Account Page puts control in customers’ hands. They can manage profiles, payment history, wishlists, and shipping addresses in one place, making updates simple, organized, and convenient for a smoother, more satisfying experience.

 

How to Login Account

  • Click on the Elevate Icon a new window will open.

  • Click on the Account button on the Home Page.

  • Click on the Sign In button, and an entry form will open.

  • Fill in the following details:

    • Customer email: Enter your email in the designated field.

    • Password: Enter the desired password in the relevant field.

  • Once all fields are completed, click the Login button to open the Home Page.

 

 

 

 

How to Manage Profile

 

Customers can easily manage their profiles in one place. From My Orders and payment history to wishlist, shipping address, and personal details, the account page keeps everything organized for a smooth and convenient experience.

 

  • Click on the Account button from the Home Page, and a Profile page will open.

 

 

 

How to Manage My Order

 

  • Click on the Account button from the Home Page, and a Profile page will open.

  • If you click on the My Order button, your order list will open.

  • If you click the Order Review button, the respective order list will display with the review button.

  • When you click the Order Review button, the relevant product review page will appear with an entry form.

  • Fill in the following details:

    • Select Product Rating: Click the Star for your desired rating.

    • Add Details Review: Enter your desired comments in the related field.

    • Add Photo: Click the Add Photo button to upload the Image

  • Once all fields are completed, click the Update Review button; otherwise, click the Cancel button.

 

 

 

 

How to Manage Payment History

 

  • Click on the Account button from the Home Page, and a Profile page will open.

  • If you click on the Payment History button, all the payment history will display.

  • If you click the View Invoice button, the respective invoice will display.

  • If you click the Print Invoice button, the respective Invoice will print.

 

 

 

 

 

How to Manage Wishlist

 

  • Click on the Account button from the Home Page, and a Profile page will open.

  • If you click the Wishlist button, all the items in the wishlist will display.

    • If you click the Select all Check box, all the wishlist items will be selected.

    • You can add or delete the same product multiple times by clicking the + (Plus) and - (Minus) signs.

  • If you click the Add to Cart button, all the items will move to your cart.

  • If you click the Delete button, the selected item will be deleted from your wishlist.

 

 

 

How to Manage Shipping Address

 

  • Click on the Account button from the Home Page, and a Profile page will open.

  • If you click the Shipping Address button, all the shipping addresses will display.

    • If you click the three-dot button in the top right corner, the Add New button will be displayed.

  • Click the Add New button to open an entry form.

  • Fill in the following details:

    • Title: Enter the desired title in the relevant field.

    • Address: Provide a relevant address in the address field.

    • Zip Code: Enter your desired zip code in the relevant field

    • Country: Select the desired country from the drop-down menu.

    • State: Select the desired stage from the drop-down menu.

    • City: Select the desired city from the drop-down menu.

  • Once all the fields are completed, click the Submit button to save the information.

  • If you click the Delete button, the relevant shipping address will be deleted automatically.

 

 

 

 

 

How to Edit Your Profile

 

  • Click on the Account button from the Home Page, and a Profile page will open.

  • If you click the Your Profile button, an entry form will open.

  • Fill in the following details:

    • Email: Enter the desired email in the designated field.

    • Password: Enter your desired password in the relevant field.

  • Once all the fields are completed, click the Change Password button to save the information.

    • Zip Code: Enter your desired zip code in the relevant field

    • Address: Enter your desired address in the respective field.

    • City: Select the desired city from the drop-down menu.

    • State: Select the desired stage from the drop-down menu.

    • Country: Select the desired country from the drop-down menu.

    • Account Holder’s Name: Enter the Account holder’s name in the relevant field.

  • Once all the fields are completed, click the Confirm button to save the information.

 

 

 

 

How to Log Out

 

  • Click on the Account button from the Home Page, and a Profile page will open.

  • If you click the Logout button, a confirmation menu will open.

  • If you click the Logout button, you will be logged out; otherwise clock Cancel button.
