If you want to view all the contacts list of the agents, it will show up on this page. You can find their Name and message.
If you want to delete a contact, follow the steps below:
Click on Actions.
Click on Delete.
A confirmation window will pop up, click Yes if you want to proceed, otherwise click Cancel.
