# How to Manage Attendance

Insight CRM HR Addon’s Attendance feature gives you complete control to check in and check out, and your daily attendance is easily tracked. This feature was added to simplify management, reduce errors, and improve accountability to boost efficiency and grow the business smartly.

 

 

  • Log in to the Admin panel and open the Dashboard.

  • Navigate to Human Resources from the left menu.

  • Finally, click Attendance from the left menu, and a new window will appear.

  • If you click the Add New button, an entry form will appear.

  • Fill in the following details:

    • Selected Employee: Select the desired employee from the dropdown menu.

    • Type: Select Check in and Check out from the dropdown menu.

    • Date & Time: Select date and time from the drop-down calendar.

    • Note: Enter the note in the note field if needed.

  • Once all the fields are completed, click the Submit button to save the information.

 

 

 

How to Edit Attendance

 

  • Log in to the Admin panel and open the Dashboard.

  • Navigate to Human Resources from the left menu.

  • Finally, click Attendance from the left menu, and a new window will appear.

  • If you click on the Attended date, an entry form will appear for the selected employee.

  • Fill in the following details:

    • Check-in time: Select date and time from the drop-down calendar.

    • Check out time: Select date and time from the drop-down calendar.

    • Note: Enter the note in the note field if needed.
