# How to Manage Reward

In Insight CRM, the HR Addon’s Reward Management helps Admins recognize and reward employees for their contributions. It motivates staff, boosts morale, encourages productivity, and builds loyalty, driving long-term employee satisfaction and sustainable business growth.

 

 

How to Add Reward Type

 

  • Log in to the Admin panel and open the Dashboard.

  • Navigate to Human Resources from the left menu.

  • Click the Reward from the left menu

  • Finally, click the Reward Type from the left menu, and a new window will appear.

  • If you click the Add New button, an entry form will appear.

  • Fill in the following details:

    • Title: Type the desired title in the title field.

    • Period: Select the period from the drop-down calendar.

    • Badges: Select badges from the drop-down menu.

  • Once all the fields are completed, click the Submit button to save the information.

 

 

 

 

How to Edit Reward Type

 

  • Log in to the Admin panel and open the Dashboard.

  • Navigate to Human Resources from the left menu.

  • Click the Reward from the left menu

  • Finally, click the Reward Type from the left menu, and a new window will appear.

  • When you click the three dots in the Options button, a new window will pop up with Edit and Delete.

  • If you click the Edit button, an entry form will appear.

  • Fill in the following details:

    • Title: Type the desired title in the title field.

    • Period: Select the period from the drop-down calendar.

    • Badges: Select badges from the drop-down menu.

  • Once all the fields are completed, click the Update button to save the information.

  • If you click the Delete button, a confirmation window will pop up.

  • If you click the Confirm button, the respective will be deleted automatically; otherwise, click Cancel.

 

 

 

 

 

How to Add a Reward

 

  • Log in to the Admin panel and open the Dashboard.

  • Navigate to Human Resources from the left menu.

  • Click the Reward from the left menu

  • Finally, click the Reward from the left menu, and a new window will appear.

  • Click the Filter button, and an entry form will appear.

  • Fill in the following details:

    • Department: Select the department from the drop-down menu.

    • Branch: Select the branch from the drop-down menu.

    • Shift: Select the shift from the drop-down menu.

    • Team: Select the team from the drop-down menu.

  • Once all the fields are completed, click the Apply button to show the information.

  • Click the Year button and select the desired year from the drop-down menu.

  • Click the Month button and select the desired month from the drop-down menu.

  • If you click the Add New button, an entry form will appear.

  • Fill in the following details:

    • Select Employee: Select the employee from the dropdown menu.

    • Select Reward: Select the reward from the dropdown menu.

    • Date: Type the date as you desire in the date field.

    • Month: Enter the name of the month in the month field.

    • Year: Provide the decided year in the year field.

    • Bonus: Enter the bonus amount in the bonus field.

  • Once all the fields are completed, click the Submit button to save the information.

 

 

 

 

How to Edit Reward
