# How to Manage Performance

In Insight CRM, the HR Addon’s Performance Management helps Admins track employee goals, evaluate progress, and provide feedback. It ensures fair appraisals, boosts productivity, and motivates employees, strengthening teamwork, improving accountability, and driving business growth through smarter performance tracking.

 

 

How to Add Performance Criteria

 

  • Log in to the Admin panel and open the Dashboard.

  • Navigate to Human Resources from the left menu.

  • Click Performance from the left menu.

  • Finally, choose the Performance Criteria, and a new window will appear.

  • Click the Add New button, and an entry form will appear.

  • Fill in the following details:

    • Criteria: Type the desired criteria in the respective field.

    • Description: Enter the desired description in the relevant field.

  • Once all the fields are completed, click the Add Criteria button to save the information.

 

 

 

 

How to Edit Performance Criteria

 

  • Log in to the Admin panel and open the Dashboard.

  • Navigate to Human Resources from the left menu.

  • Click Performance from the left menu.

  • Finally, choose the Performance Criteria, and a new window will appear.

  • When you click the three dots in the Options button, a new window will pop up with Edit and Delete.

  • If you click the Edit button, an entry form will appear.

  • Fill in the following details:

    • Criteria: Type the desired criteria in the respective field.

    • Description: Enter the desired description in the relevant field.

  • Once all the fields are completed, click the Update button to save the information.

  • If you click the Delete button, a confirmation window will pop up.

  • If you click the Confirm button, the respective will be deleted automatically; otherwise, click Cancel.

 

 

 

 

 

How to Add Performance

 

  • Log in to the Admin panel and open the Dashboard.

  • Navigate to Human Resources from the left menu.

  • Click Performance from the left menu.

  • Finally, choose the Performance, and a new window will appear.

  • Click the Add New button, and an entry form will appear.

  • Fill in the following details:

    • Selected Employee: Choose the selected employee from the dropdown menu.

    • Punctuality: Select the punctuality rate from the dropdown menu.

    • Teamwork: Define the teamwork rate from the dropdown menu.

    • Communication Skills: Select the communication skills rate from the dropdown menu.

    • Problem-Solving: Select the problem-solving ability rate from the dropdown menu.

    • Leadership: Select the leadership quality rate from the dropdown menu.

    • Remarks: Enter the recommendation in the remarks field.

  • Once all the fields are completed, click the Submit button to save the information.
