# How to Manage Report

The Manage Report feature gives clear insights into your business performance. Admin reviews reports, staff updates data, and clients get transparent information. It works automatically by collecting real-time data. This helps you make better decisions, track growth, and improve overall efficiency with confidence.



How to Manage Summary

 

  • Log in to the Admin panel and open the Dashboard.

  • Navigate to POS from the left menu.

  • Click Report from the left menu.

  • Next, click Summary from the left menu to access a powerful overview window. Instantly view Total Sales, Total Revenue, Total Customers, and Total Tax Collection, along with clear Daily and Monthly Sales Bar Graphs, giving you quick insights to track growth and make smarter decisions.

  • If you click the Month button and change the month from the dropdown, the Daily Sales Overview Bar Graph will change automatically.

  • If you click the Year button and change the month from the dropdown, the Monthly Sales Overview Bar Graph will change automatically.

  • If you click the Download button, the Daily Sales and Monthly Sales Summary Report will be downloaded automatically.

 

Note: Admin, Client, and Staff features are the same in the Pos Addon. Therefore, the Same procedure will be applicable for Client and Staff in every step.

 

 

 

How to Manage Product Report

 

  • Log in to the Admin panel and open the Dashboard.

  • Navigate to POS from the left menu.

  • Click Report from the left menu.

  • Next, click Product Report from the left menu to access a powerful overview window. Instantly view Total Products, Total Sales, Total Amount, and Total Sales Amount, along with clear Monthly Sales Bar Graphs and Product List, giving you quick insights to track growth and make smarter decisions.

  • If you click the Month and Year button to change the month and year from the dropdown, the Bar Graph and product list will change automatically.

  • If you click the Download button, the Bar Graph will be downloaded automatically.

 

Note: Admin, Client, and Staff features are the same in the Pos Addon. Therefore, the Same procedure will be applicable for Client and Staff in every step.
