# How to Manage Orders

The Manage Orders feature lets you track and control every order from one place. Admin monitors overall activity, staff processes and updates orders, and clients stay informed. It works in real time, ensuring accurate records, faster delivery, and smooth operations, helping businesses improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.



  • Log in to the Admin panel and open the Dashboard.

  • Navigate to POS from the left menu.

  • Finally, click Orders from the left menu, and a new window will appear.

  • Click the Select Customer button to make a list of specific customer orders from the dropdown.

  • Click the Date Range button, and a drop-down calendar will appear.

  • Select a Date (from & to) from the calendar, and click the Apply button; the desired list will appear.

  • When you click the three dots in the Options button, a new window will pop up with Invoice and Delete.

  • If you click on the Invoice button, an invoice will be ready to print.

  • If you click the Print button, the Invoice will be printed.

  • If you click the Delete button, a confirmation window will pop up.

  • If you click the Confirm button, the order will be automatically deleted; otherwise, click the Cancel button.

 

Note: Admin, Client, and Staff features are the same in the Pos Addon. Therefore, the Same procedure will be applicable for Client and Staff in every step.
