With the Insight CRM HR Addon’s Employee List feature, easily add, edit, or remove employees in seconds. Simplify management, reduce errors, and improve accountability to boost efficiency, teamwork, and sustainable business growth.
Log in to the Admin panel and open the Dashboard.
Navigate to Human Resources from the left menu.
Click the Employee List from the left menu, and a new window will appear.
If you click the Import User button, a new window will appear for you to select from.
Fill in the following details:
All Users: Click the dropdown arrow to select the desired user.
Gender: Click the dropdown arrow to select the desired gender.
Account Role: Click the dropdown arrow to select the role type.
Department: Click the dropdown arrow to select the desired department.
Branch: Click the dropdown arrow to select the desired branch.
Shift: Click the dropdown arrow to select the desired shift.
Team: Click the dropdown arrow to select the desired team.
Once all the fields are completed, click the Import User button to import the user.
Log in to the Admin panel and open the Dashboard.
Navigate to Human Resources from the left menu.
Click the Employee List from the left menu, and a new window will appear.
If you click the Add New button, an entry form will appear.
Fill in the following details:
Name: Type the desired name in the name field.
Email: Enter the desired email in the email field.
Gender: Click the dropdown arrow to select the desired gender.
Account Role: Click the dropdown arrow to select the role type.
Department: Click the dropdown arrow to select the desired department.
Branch: Click the dropdown arrow to select the desired branch.
Shift: Click the dropdown arrow to select the desired shift.
Team: Click the dropdown arrow to select the desired team.
Status: Select the status from the dropdown menu, Active or De-Active.
Password: Type the desired password in the respective field.
User Type: Click the Radio button to activate the user.
Photo: Click the Drag & Drop button to upload the relevant photograph.
Once all the fields are completed, click the Add Employee button to save the information.
Log in to the Admin panel and open the Dashboard.
Navigate to Human Resources from the left menu.
Click the Employee List from the left menu, and a new window will appear.
When you click the three dots in the Options button, a new window will pop up with View Profile, Edit, and Delete.
Click the Edit button, and a new entry form will appear.
Fill in the following details:
Name: Type the desired name in the name field.
Email: Enter the desired email in the email field.
Gender: Click the dropdown arrow to select the desired gender.
Account Role: Click the dropdown arrow to select the role type.
Department: Click the dropdown arrow to select the desired department.
Branch: Click the dropdown arrow to select the desired branch.
Shift: Click the dropdown arrow to select the desired shift.
Team: Click the dropdown arrow to select the desired team.
Status: Select the status from the dropdown menu, Active or De-Active.
Password: Type the desired password in the respective field.
User Type: Click the Radio button to activate the user.
Photo: Click the Drag & Drop button to upload the relevant photograph.
Once all the fields are completed, click the Edit Employee button to save the changes.
If you click the Delete button, a confirmation window will pop up.
If you click the Confirm button, the respective employee will be automatically deleted; otherwise, Cancel.
Log in to the Admin panel and open the Dashboard.
Navigate to Human Resources from the left menu.
Click the Employee List from the left menu, and a new window will appear.
When you click the three dots in the Options button, a new window will pop up with View Profile, Edit, and Delete.
Click the View Profile button, and a new window will appear with options: Attendance, Performance, Leave, Reward, Payroll.
If you click the Attendance button, you will find the status of attendance at a glance.
If you click the Leave button, you will find the leave status at a glance.
If you click the Reward button, you will find the Reward status at a glance.
If you click the Payroll button, you will find the payroll status at a time.
If you click the Back button, you automatically go back to the previous page.
