Insight CRM HR Addon’s Leave feature simplifies employee leave management. Admins can set leave policies, manage holiday calendars, and handle applications easily to save time, reduce errors, and drive smarter business growth with organized workforce planning.
Log in to the Admin panel and open the Dashboard.
Navigate to Human Resources from the left menu.
Click Leave from the left menu, and the sub-menu will appear at the bottom of Leave.
Click Leave Policies from the left menu, and a window will appear.
If you click the Add New button, an entry form will appear.
Fill in the following details:
Title: Type the policy title in the title field.
Description: Enter the description in the respective field.
Application Submission: Select the application submitter from the drop-down menu.
File: Click the Drag & Drop to upload the file in the respective field.
Roles: Select a role from the dropdown menu.
Once all the fields are completed, click the Submit button to save the information.
Log in to the Admin panel and open the Dashboard.
Navigate to Human Resources from the left menu.
Click Leave from the left menu, and the sub-menu will appear at the bottom of Leave.
Click Leave Policies from the left menu, and a window will appear.
When you click the three dots in the Options button, a new window will pop up with View, Edit, and Delete.
If you click the Edit button, an entry form will appear.
Fill in the following details:
Title: Type the policy title in the title field.
Description: Enter the description in the respective field.
Application Submission: Select the application submitter from the drop-down menu.
File: Click the Drag & Drop to upload the file in the respective field.
Roles: Select a role from the drop-down menu.
Once all the fields are completed, click the Update button to save the information.
If you click the View button, a new window will appear with the selected policy.
If you click the Delete button, a confirmation window will pop up.
If you click the Confirm button, the respective will be deleted automatically; otherwise, Cancel.
Log in to the Admin panel and open the Dashboard.
Navigate to Human Resources from the left menu.
Click Leave from the left menu, and the sub-menu will appear at the bottom of Leave.
Click Leave Settings from the left menu, and a window will appear.
When you click the three dots in the Options button, a new window will pop up with the Edit option.
If you click the Edit button, an entry form will appear.
Fill in the following details:
Title: Type the policy title in the title field.
Description: Enter the description in the respective field.
Application Submission: Select the application submitter from the drop-down menu.
File: Click the Drag & Drop to upload the file in the respective field.
Roles: Select a role from the dropdown menu.
Once all the fields are completed, click the Update button to save the information.

Selected Role: Select a role from the drop-down menu.
Once all the fields are completed, click the Submit button to save the information.
Log in to the Admin panel and open the Dashboard.
Navigate to Human Resources from the left menu.
Click Leave from the left menu, and the sub-menu will appear at the bottom of Leave.
Click Types Manager from the left menu, and a window will appear.
When you click the three dots in the Options button, a new window will pop up with Edit and Delete.
If you click the Edit button, an entry form will appear.
Fill in the following details:
Selected Employee: Select the desired employee from the dropdown menu.
Selected Role: Select a role from the dropdown menu.
Once all the fields are completed, click the Update button to save the information.
If you click the Delete button, a confirmation window will pop up.
If you click the Confirm button, the respective will be deleted automatically; otherwise, Cancel.

Fill in the following details:
Department: Select the department from the dropdown menu.
Branch: Select the branch from the dropdown menu.
Shift: Select the shift from the dropdown menu.
Team: Select the team from the dropdown menu.
Status: Select the status from the dropdown menu.
Once all the fields are completed, click the Apply button to show the information.
Click the Year button and select the desired year from the drop-down menu.
Click the Month button and select the desired month from the drop-down menu.
If you click the Add New button, an entry form will appear.
Fill in the following details:
Selected Employee: Select the desired employee from the drop-down menu.
Selected Type Manager: Select type manager from the drop-down menu.
Reason: Enter the reason for leave in the reason field.
From: Select the starting date from the drop-down calendar.
To: Select the ending date from the drop-down calendar.
File: Click the Drag & Drop button to upload the file.
Once all the fields are completed, click the Submit button to save the information.
Log in to the Admin panel and open the Dashboard.
Navigate to Human Resources from the left menu.
Click Leave from the left menu, and the sub-menu will appear at the bottom of Leave.
Click Leave Application from the left menu, and a window will appear.
When you click the three dots in the Options button, a new window will pop up with Edit and Delete.

Selected Type Manager: Select type manager from the drop-down menu.

Click Leave Report from the left menu, and a window will appear.
Click the Filter button, and an entry form will appear.
Fill in the following details:
Department: Select the department from the drop-down menu.
Branch: Select the branch from the drop-down menu.
Shift: Select the shift from the drop-down menu.
Team: Select the team from the drop-down menu.
Once all the fields are completed, click the Apply button to show the information.
Click the Year button and select the desired year from the drop-down menu.
Click the Month button and select the desired month from the drop-down menu.
If you click the Calendar View button, the respective monthly calendar will appear.
If you click on the Marked employee, all leave information will appear for the respective month.
If you click the Back button, you automatically go back to the previous page.
When you click the three dots in the Options, a new window will pop up with Calendar and Delete against the respective employee.
If you click the Calendar button, the selected month calendar will be viewed for the chosen employee.
If you click the Delete button, a confirmation window will pop up.
If you click the Confirm button, the respective will be deleted automatically; otherwise, click Cancel.
Log in to the Admin panel and open the Dashboard.
Navigate to Human Resources from the left menu.
Click Leave from the left menu, and the sub-menu will appear at the bottom of Leave.
Choose Holiday Calendar from the left menu, and a window will appear.
Click the Add New button, and an entry form will appear.
Fill in the following details:
Duration: Click the radio button to activate for Single Day or Multi Day.
Title: Type the title of the holiday in the respective field.
From: Select the date from the dropdown calendar.
Once all the fields are completed, click the Submit button to save the information.
Log in to the Admin panel and open the Dashboard.
Navigate to Human Resources from the left menu.
Click Leave from the left menu, and the sub-menu will appear at the bottom of Leave.
Choose Holiday Calendar from the left menu, and a window will appear.
When you click the three dots in the Options button, a new window will pop up with Calendar, Edit, and Delete.
Click the Edit button, and an entry form will appear.
Fill in the following details:
